Makanai is a meal that restaurants provide to their staff. This book collects
recipes of makanai from forty of Kyoto’s famous restaurants (established
Japanese restaurants, Italian, French, Chinese, etc.), which they usually
don’t disclose. All recipes are easy and quick to cook and are also used as a
good textbook for cooking beginners.
